In the AI economy, data intelligence is the primary alpha. Execution comes a close second.
Data is no longer a supporting function. It is the substrate of product decisions, agent behavior, and competitive position. Companies that treat data as a warehouse afterthought will lose to companies that treat it as an operating system.
Intelligence compounds on fresh, governed, joinable data. Execution still matters—shipping, operating, and correcting—but without data intelligence you are optimizing a thinner and thinner wedge.
