Platformify the product

Products without platform primitives get rebuilt by competitors who can extend, integrate, and operate at lower marginal cost. Point features do not survive contact with ecosystems.

Platformify early enough that paved paths, multi-tenancy, and operability are product properties—not a rewrite after growth.
